Abstract
The problem considered in this paper is to find good codes for error control in a digital communication system by using the matrix code, with column and diagonal parity checking. Realisation of a practical system, which was designed has given a good generalization for the codes. A theorem is stated and proven for this case. Analytical diagrams for the implementation of the encoder and decoder are given, and its application to a, digital communication system is outlined.Keywords
