Investigation of piezoceramics for piezotransformers

Abstract
The crystal structure and electrophyrical properties of ferroelectric materials on the base of lead zirconate-titanate doped with complex Mn-containing additives as well as the properties of piezotransformers made of these materials have been studied and the correlation between these parameters was found. It is supposed that characteristic features of this correlation are polymorphic transformation and changes of the morphotropic phase boundary position in materials at transformer work conditions.
