Abstract
When phenyramidol was given to subiects taking diphenylhydantoin, the mean biologic alf‐life of diphenylhydantoin increased from 25 hours to 55 hours. In patients taking both drugs simultaneously, elevated plasma concentrations of diphenylhydantoin could account for the increased anticonvulsant effects observed. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
