New rotator and reflector circuits

Abstract

An extension of the concepts of rotation and reflection of driving-point functions is presented. A classification of linear transformation circuits is proposed. Also two practical implementations are described to rotate or reflect a prescribed transfer function which is converted into a driving-point characteristic.
