Abstract
ビスフェノールA (BPA) 含有量が高かったコーヒー及び紅茶飲料の相当缶を検討したところ, いずれもエポキシ樹脂コーティングに原因があったが,サイドシームや底蓋部でBPA濃度が極めて高かったり, 胴部がやや高いため缶全体の残存量が高いなど原因部位は様々であった. 水60及び95℃, 20%エタノール, n-ヘプタンではBPAは溶出しなかったが, 水120℃30分間では35~124ng/mL溶出した. 相当缶のBPA溶出量は材質中の残存量とほぼ一致し, 缶入飲料のBPA含有量とも近い値であった. BPAの移行は, コーティング中のBPA残存量と飲料の加熱条件に依存することが示された. 一方, 改良缶ではコーティング中のBPA量が大幅に減少しており, 溶出量は1/10以下に低減された.Keywords
