Abstract
The possibilities of the separation of C2-C18 fatty acids in milk products were studied by usingPTGC [programmed temperature gas chromatography]. Impregnating materials PEGS [polyethylene glycol succinate], PEG 20 M [polyethylene glycol 20 M], BDS [butanediol succinate], NPGS [neopentyl glycol succinate] CHDMS [cyclohexonedi-methanol succinate], PEGA [polyethylene glycol adipate], R 400 (Reo-plex 400], (with the addition of phosphoric acid) were tested for the separation of fatty acids without esterfication. BDS, R 400 and PEGA proved to be the best for the separation of C2-C18 fatty acids (including branched and unsaturated fatty acids.) Cnromatograms of fatty acids in butter fat and free fatty acids in ripened Romadoure cheese are presented. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
