Abstract
Seven excited levels of have been populated by the reaction and studied with and angular-correlation techniques. Spin-parity assignments are: 1461 keV, ; 2121 keV, ; 2524 keV, ; 2892 keV, ; 3207 keV, or ; 3507 keV, or ; 3681 keV, . Multipole amplitude mixing ratios are: -keV transition, ; -keV transition, if , , and if , . -ray branching ratios for the second to seventh excited levels have been measured. These results, together with lifetimes previously determined by others, are used to calculate and values which are compared with those of similar levels in .
