Abstract
The linear response theory is used to obtain the transfer matrix of the induced potential in a semiconductor superlattice system, in which the sub-band structure is taken into account. Using the transfer matrix to the Fibonacci superlattice, the authors calculate the spectrum of the intra-sub-band and inter-sub-band collective excitations in such a system. The scaling properties of the spectrum are analysed. Keywords
