Abstract
Coelo-momyces tasmajiiensis parasitizes the brackish water larvae of Aedes australis in Tasmania. It has very large sporangia (av. 93.4[mu] by 47.6[mu]) comparable in size only with those of the North American C. psorophorae Couch, from which it differs in having much more slender hyphae and in that one side of the sporangium is always either flat or concave.
