Abstract
Treatment of AKR mice with the immune adjuvant saponin Quil A delayed their death in spontaneous leukemia. In vitro tests did not demonstrate any influence on infection of rat cells with Kirsten sarcoma virus. Quil A in nonogram/milliliter concentrations doubled the mitogen response of AKR spleen cells to lipopolysaccharide. Keywords
