The Injection of Capillaries, Arterioles, and Arteries in the Ventricles of the Human Heart by a Radio-opaque Medium

Abstract
The method used to study a series of hearts after death by injection with a radio-opaque media, Chromopaque, and microradiography using Kodak High Resolution plates is described. The medium could be confined to either small arteries or arterioles or allowed to fill capillaries. Considerably greater magnification of the small vessels was achieved than has hitherto been possible.
