Abstract
"While the scope of the present study warrants only tentative conclusions, evidence has been presented showing that in a camp for underprivileged children, the camper's impressions of counselors who scored high on the A-E scale differed coherently from their impressions of low-scoring counselors. These results support the validity of the scale for studies of leader behavior as well as for studies of follower orientation toward leadership."
