Abstract
A microstrip antenna fed by a coplanar waveguide is investigated using a full‐wave analysis based on the method of moments in the spectral domain. The surface current density on the microstrip antenna and the field distribution in the slots of the coplanar waveguide are represented by entire domain and subsectional basis functions. The reflection coefficient referenced on the coplanar waveguide is calculated and compared to the experimental results. Keywords
