Abstract
Comparison of the separation by GLC of a standard mixture of eight underivatized anticonvulsants on the stationary phase DC-LSX-3-0295 proves DC-LSX-3-0295 superior to OV-17 for this separation. The retention times of 22 anticonvulsants, drugs, and other standards on DC-LSX-3-0295 are listed. Chromatographic results from the extraction of ethosuximide, phenobarbital, primidone, and carbamazepine from spiked serum samples demonstrate the potential for use of DC-LSX-3-0295 with clinical serum samples. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
