Abstract
The process of recombination of positive and negative hydrogen ions is considered at low energies. The exchange interaction in (H+, H-) system at the relevant pseudo-crossing points is found asymptotically exactly. In the cross section calculations of the process account was taken for the exponential character of this interaction and non-divergency of the potential energy curves at infinity. Keywords
