Abstract
Summary 29 hospitalized patients with ankylosing spondylitis were treated with indomethacin (Capsules INDOCID). In 7 cases the medication was stopped owing to complications (headache, rash, dyspepsia). In 3 cases — dosage 75—100 mg. — the medication seemed to be of no value. In the other cases the effect was good to excellent on pain and discomfort. The effect was usually comparable with the effect of phenylbutazone. Keywords
