Abstract
Three cases of cerebral aneurysm in patients over the age of 80 years are reported. Clipping of the aneurysms was successfully performed in all cases, and the patients have continued to lead normal lives thereafter. Aneurysmal surgery should not be withheld merely because patients are elderly. Keywords
