Abstract
SUMMARY: Three patients who had been treated with phenytoin in therapeutic dosages during several weeks showed, after addition of Antabuse® (disulfiram), typical symptoms of phenytoin overdosage. The serum phenytoin concentration was in all three cases compatible with phenytoin intoxication, and in two cases a rise of serum phenytoin level was disclosed shortly after the intake of Antabuse. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
