Abstract
A comparative study of intralesional steroid versus incision and curettage was carried out on 60 chalazia divided into 3 groups according to size. Intralesional therapy proved equally effective in small, multiple and marginal chalazia, while in large lesions incision and curettage scored better. Keywords
