Abstract
Background: The present paper describes the development of a one-port technique for thoracoscopic sympathectomy. Methods: A 7-mm thorascope with a working channel for diathermy was used. Conclusion: A highly cosmetic, simple, safe, day-case procedure is achievable.Keywords
