Abstract
Focal dermal hypoplasia (FDH) is an X‐linked dominantly inherited syndrome of cutaneous, skeletal, dental, ocular, and soft tissue defects. We report on a female infant with FDH with the first observation of myelomeningocele with hydrocephalus and Arnold‐Chiari malformation.Keywords
