Abstract
Data on incidence of foot rot were collected over 2 years in a mixed herd of both Bos taurus and Bos indicus breed types. The level of infection was significantly higher in the Bos taurus breeds than in the Bos indicus breeds and raises the possibility of using resistant breeds where foot rot constitutes a major economic problem. Keywords
