Abstract
Experimental investigations of strong turbulence in low- plasmas are reported. The measurements were carried out in a rotating plasma column produced by surface ionization. The turbulence is excited by instabilities associated with the radial gradients of the plasma column. Measured variations of spectral structure and spectral coefficients agree with recent theoretical predictions.
