Abstract
It has been suggested that an apparent correlation of the flux of detected solar neutrinos with solar activity is due to a neutrino magnetic moment. Here several terrestrial experiments that might observe the magnetic moment are considered, with emphasis on those employing reactor neutrinos. The neutrino charge radius, and prospects for observing it, are also discussed. An appendix collects all relevant neutrino scattering cross sections. Keywords
