Abstract
Lymphocytes were collected by continuous flow leukapheresis from cancer patients (pre-treatment) and stored at -190.degree. C in liquid N as immunological support for intensive chemotherapy. Methods are described for obtaining maximum yield and viability. Assessements are made of cell count, during and after leukapheresis, and of viability just prior to storage. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
