Abstract
Es wurde eine vergleichende Untersuchung von Canrenon und weiteren Spironolacton‐Metaboliten mit verschiedenen analytischen Nachweisverfahren (Fluorimetrie, GC‐MS, HPLC) durchgeführt. Die Notwendigkeit einer spezifischen Bestimmung von Canrenon in Plasma und Urin, die insbesondere mit HPLC‐Verfahren möglich ist, wird diskutiert.Keywords
