Abstract
The addition of small (14 [mu]g/cc.) quantities of cortisone to chick chorioallantoic membrane tissue culture (Fulton-Armitage) resulted in significantly greater final concns. of Influenza B virus than were observed in control cultures. Studies of viral concns. at varying time intervals did not reveal differences in the rate of increase, but rather a continued increase of virus in cortisone cultures in the later time periods. Keywords
