Abstract
Thermodynamic theory is applied to Rb2ZnCl4 AND (TMA)2ZnCl4. The temperature dependence of the width of the domains In the incommensurate phase is given near the lock-in transition. Moreover the dielectric susceptibility is explicitely obtained in the same range of temperature. Keywords
