Abstract

Based on Kohlberg's Theory of Moral Development and Standard Issue Scoring method, an assessment of managers' responses to three moral dilemmas vas explored. The findings indicate that managers typically reason at stages 3 or 4. Significant differences were discovered when the managers' employer and type of moral issue were considered.
