Abstract
The stress field of a sharply angular dislocation is calculated by Burgers' method. It is shown that more complicated configurations may be composed of angular dislocations, and the corresponding stress fields deduced by adding the fields of the components. Some examples are given, including the triangle, hexagon and tetrahedron. Keywords
