Abstract
Long wavelength excitation of [Ru(dmb)2(bpy-An)]2+ (dmb is 4,4′-dimethyl-2,2′-bipyridine and bpy-An is 4-methyl-4′-(9-anthrylethyl)-2,2′-bipyridine) in CH3CN solution produces upconverted delayed singlet anthracene fluorescence via bimolecular triplet–triplet annihilation. Keywords
