Abstract
An extraction procedure was optimized for the reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic determination of 5-Fluorouracil in rabbit plasma, liver, kidney, lung and heart samples. The extraction conditions are adapted to each type of matrix in order to achieve high extraction yields (ca. 90%) and interference-free chromatographic peaks. Keywords
