Abstract
The article discusses the merits of using both institutional and questionnaire measures to determine organizational structure. The study seeks to determine whether or not the convergence between questionnaire and institution measures of centralization, formalization and differentiation will improve when factors including technology, size and environment are controlled. According to the results of the study, when context is controlled low convergence is displayed between questionnaire and institutional measures. Keywords
