Abstract
Heart failure (HF) is one of the largest medical problems of our time, and despite substantial advances in its treatment, morbidity and mortality remain high.1,2 In recent years, various disease management programs have been examined, and in some, favorable effects on morbidity (hospitalizations) and even mortality have been reported.3-6 As a result, in many hospitals, special disease management programs have been implemented such as an HF clinic in which specialized nurses provide additional care.7Keywords
