Abstract
An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was performed directly on fixed, virus-infected cell monolayers to rapidly determine the susceptibility of herpes simplex virus to antiviral drugs. Susceptibility determinations by this method correlated well with those obtained by plaque reduction assay and avoided some of the drawbacks of other methods currently available. This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
