Abstract
Precise magnetic susceptibility measurements for Ti indicate that and vary initially like and , in formal agreement with the "paramagnon" model. Logarithmic terms and are found to be inadequate. There is apparently a discontinuity in the low-temperature differential susceptibility at kOe, which may be indicative of a spin-density wave.
