Abstract
Descriptions are given for three new species of the chrysophyte genus Mallomonas (M. hexagonis, M. liturata and M. galeiformis discovered recently in Ontario, Canada). Features of their scale and bristle structure which are important for the identification of these species are described and compared with those of similar species known from other parts of the world. This publication has 25 references indexed in Scilit:
