Abstract
An example of solitary subpleural intrapulmonary lymph node in a 47 year old man, detected roentgenologically and confirmed by histologic examination, is reported. This lesion should be included in the differential diagnosis when a solitary nodule without calcification or cavitation is observed in the lower lung.
