Abstract
A technique was described for growing A. bovis in a liquid medium free of non-dialyzable components. Also, a special ridged culture tube was designed for growing A. bovis in a liquid medium under ordinary atmospheric conditions. The fungal growth was determined by quantitative technics involving the use of a photo-nephelometer.Keywords
