Abstract
The process of Reflective Inquiry on Practice in a supportive context can lead professionals to seminal insights into their practices and ultimately to improvements in those practices. In this paper, we describe a five-level model for such reflective inquiry and demonstrate how it can be embedded in the context of a small-group situation. A case study is presented to exemplify the process in action. We offer this framework as a promising tool for professional development. Keywords
