Abstract
A strong correlation is found between the position angle of the major axis of a radio source and the position angle of the major axis of the associated elliptical galaxy. The form of the correlation may suggest that most of these galaxies are oblate ellipsoids with the radio source axis parallel to the plane of the galaxy. Keywords
