Abstract
We study the production of heavy quarks in annihilation via and exchange. The gluon radiative corrections to the total cross section and to the angular distributions of the quark jets are calculated. If heavy quarks with masses around 20 GeV or above exist, the mass corrections as well as the radiative gluon corrections are important even for energies in the resonance region.
