Observation of Light-Induced Collisional Energy Transfer

Abstract
We have observed light-induced energy transfer in collisions of Eu atoms in three excited levels with Sr ground-state atoms and compared its spectra with the results of calculations. A four-photon parametric process in the transient Eu-Sr molecule was also observed.Keywords
