Abstract
The effect of pressure on the superconducting transition temperature Tc and the fluctuation conductivity Delta sigma above Tc is studied for the bulk amorphous superconductor La78Au22 at pressures up to 137 kbar. It is found that the normalised pressure dependence of Tc, Tc(P)/Tc(0), is nearly identical to that for FCC La and that Delta sigma is a universal function of T/Tc.Keywords
