Abstract
A method was presented for estimating maximum allowable total ammonia nitogen (NH4-N) in saline waters (brackish water and seawater) when the allowable upper limit of free ammonia (NH3-N) was known. The experimental pK data of Khoo were used to make a graph and tables showing the ratio of NH4-N to NH3-N as a function of pH, temperature and salinity. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
