Diffusion of Exchange Energy in Solid

Abstract
We report a method for determining the rate of diffusion of exchange energy in solid . Over the temperature range 0.05-0.12°K, we obtain a temperature-independent diffusion constant , where is the nearest-neighbor distance and the exchange integral.
