Abstract
A Buechner-type magnetic spectrograph has been used to study the following reactions: at 90° and 120° with respect to an incident deuteron beam of MeV; at 60°, 90°, and 120°, with MeV; and at 60°, 90°, and 120° and at bombarding energies of 4.0 and 4.5 MeV. Thirteen proton groups have been observed corresponding to levels in between 8 and 11 MeV. Recently reported levels at 9.226, 9.763, and 9.929 MeV are confirmed, but no evidence is found for the levels tentatively reported at 8.643, 8.739, and 9.598 MeV. In the reaction , 13 proton groups have been observed corresponding to the ground state and excited states of up to 5.3 MeV. All of the levels are in agreement with those reported previously by means of other reactions. However, no evidence is found for levels tentatively identified at 1.29, 1.737, and 2.150 MeV.
