Abstract
Thirty women with hypothalamic amenorrhoea and infertility were treated with pulsatile GnRH S.C. without monitoring with estradiol and ultrasonography. Ovulation rate per patient was 93%. Ovulation rate per cycle was 90%. Pregnancy rate per ovulatory cycle 30%8. Miscarriage rate 18.5%. 23 children were born including one set of twins. No serious side effects were recorded.Keywords
