Abstract
The anisotropy of the resistivity has been measured by direct four probe and Montgomery methods on YBa2Cu3O6+x single crystals obtained by flux and grain-growing methods. In the latter well oxygenated crystals, the out-of-plane resistivity c varies linearly with temperature. The activated temperature dependence of c is shown to result from an insufficient and/or inhomogeneous oxygen content in crystals. Keywords
