Abstract
Summary. Measurements of factor‐VIII‐like antigen have been made in three previously reported cases of acquired von Willebrand's syndrome. Antigen levels correlated well with biological activity of factor VIII over a wide range, providing a further similarity between the acquired and classical forms of the disorder. Keywords
